Trials & free scans

Every account starts free with 5 AI scans and a 7-day full-feature trial. No card is required to start. If you never upgrade, nothing is charged.

Subscription refunds

Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period in progress. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Annual plans are refundable, pro-rata for unused whole months, within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal date. Email billing@progrid.online.

Lead orders

Lead packs are refundable only for verified quality issues (duplicate, invalid contact, out-of-area). Report within 7 days of delivery and we credit or refund the affected leads.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most billing questions resolve in one email. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in account suspension.
