Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by ProGrid (a Sucrane Group company). It describes what we collect, why, and your rights — in plain language.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account data — name, email, business name, password hash.
- Content you create — job photos, decisions, clients, materials lists, proposals.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, device + browser, IP address.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we store the last 4 digits and plan info, not the full card.
2. How we use it
To run the product, secure it, support you, and improve it:
- Generate Decision Cards, supply comparisons, and demand signals on your behalf.
- Send transactional email (receipts, security, important account notices).
- Send product email only if you've opted in.
- Detect abuse, debug issues, and improve accuracy of our pricing models.
3. We do not sell your data
We don't sell your content, your client list, or your usage data. We never train shared AI models on identifiable customer photos or client records.
4. Who we share with (subprocessors)
We share data only with vetted vendors who help us run the service, under contracts that bind them to the same standards:
- Cloud hosting and database provider.
- AI model provider (for verdict generation).
- Payment processor (for billing).
- Transactional email provider.
- Error and performance monitoring.
We may share data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate transaction (we'll notify you if your data moves).
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies and similar storage for login sessions and basic analytics. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (e.g. tax records).
7. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Export your content.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and data.
- Object to certain processing.
Email privacy@sucrane.com to make a request. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard practices: encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, scoped access, audit logging, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfect — if we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you without undue delay.
9. Children
ProGrid is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we'll delete the data.
10. International transfers
ProGrid is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under our security standards.
11. Purchased-lead data (Buy Leads program)
When you pre-purchase leads through Buy Leads, the homeowner data we deliver to you is collected through our opt-in intake forms and vetted partner intake networks. Each homeowner consents to being contacted by a local contractor at the time of capture.
On our side: we keep the lead record for 90 days after delivery for support, fraud review, and replacement claims, then archive identifying fields. Homeowners can request deletion at any time via privacy@sucrane.com; once we receive such a request we notify you and you agree to stop further outreach.
On your side: once we deliver a lead to you, you become an independent controller of that data and are bound by the outreach-compliance and permitted-use clauses of the Lead Purchase Terms.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
