Are leads really exclusive?+
Yes. Every lead you buy is sold once — to you. We don't syndicate, resell, or share with competing contractors. Reselling or sharing them with third parties on your end is a breach of our Terms.
Why a 3-business-day minimum delivery?+
Quality takes a few days. We run paid intake, verify contact info, qualify project + budget, and stamp consent before handing off. Anything faster usually means a recycled or scraped lead.
What if a lead is bad?+
Disconnected number, wrong ZIP, or duplicate within 30 days? Mark it in your dashboard within 7 days and we replace it 1-for-1. We don't refund delivered leads — we replace them.
Is there a monthly cap?+
Yes — 1,000 leads per customer per month through self-serve. Need more? Contact sales for a custom volume agreement.
Can I pause or change my pack?+
Yes. Pause anytime from your dashboard. Unfulfilled portions roll over for 60 days or refund pro-rata if you cancel.
Is conversion guaranteed?+
No. Leads are sales opportunities, not contracts. We guarantee delivery, exclusivity, contactability, and locality. Close rate depends on your sales process.
